Cancellation and Refund Policy

IDEX believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Any booking shall be deemed confirmed at the payment of the full fee for the whole first month. There may be promotions applicable to the fee of the first month and whatever is the fee after applying the promotions becomes the effective fee for the first month.
  • In case the customer is staying for less than a month, then the whole duration’s fee needs to be paid in advance for the booking to be deemed confirmed.
  • Cancellation requests are applicable with the following conditions :
    • Cancellation terms require a full payment of at least 1 month or the full duration of the booked stay, whatever is less.
    • For complete peace of mind of the customer, IDEX will give back 100% of money charged from any new customer back of without any questions being asked.
      • For bookings for a minimum of 30 days, the customer can request cancellation within the first 15 days from the date of check in. There will be no refund of the paid monies after the completion of this period of 15 days under any circumstances.
      • For bookings less than a month, the customer can request the cancellation within the first 3 days, from the date of check in. There will be no refund of the paid monies after the completion of this period of 3 days under any circumstances.
      • For any repeat customer who is buying the same or similar product/service again from Idex will not be eligible for the Money back guarantee. This facility is to let new customers give a completely risk-free try to the services of Idex.
    • All cancellation refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of request.
    • All refunds will be made electronically to the Credit Card, Bank account, any e-Wallet or any other service through which the payment was made.
  • Cancellation and refund of fees or charges will be strictly governed by the Company’s Cancellation and Refund Policy of the company informed and declared from time to time.

 

  • No cancellations are entertained for those products/services that have been sold on special offers with clear terms of non-refundable fee. The customer may not ask for a refund from IDEX on such special offers.
